- All our prices are in Canada Dollars.
- We are located in Montreal, Qc, we do not have a physical store.
- In the event of an error, the seller reserves the right to cancel a transaction.
- All games are NTSC or the the North American systems unless states otherwise.
- The condition of used games may vary, although most are in very good condition, accessories, systems and consoles games are tested and the condition will be noted on the item page.
- We offer game repair, you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via private message via our facebook page.
All our games, accessories and consoles are tested and under warranty. All our items have a 30 days warranty after purchase. If you have a problem with a purchase items, please contact us by email at email@example.com or via private message via our facebook page for a refund or exchange.
New products must be returned in the original seals and packaging in order to be refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
- Local pickup to our store is available via appointment only (Contact us)
- All shipment sent to Canada and the United States are ship via Canada Post
- Shipping cost is based on weight and location of the customer.
- The processing of shipments is from Monday to Friday, within 48 hours of purchase
- The buyer is responsible to ensure that his parcel is delivered to a safe place. For any request or special procedures regarding delivery, contact us at the time of purchase.
- Respawn and Replay Inc. can not be held responsible for any loss / damage of package during processing at Canada Post. We will assist you to file a claim with Canada Post in case of problem.
- All order will have a tracking number, we do not offer standard shipment.
- We offer free delivery with any purchase above 100$ before taxes to Canada only.
